At Aeelleealight.com, we want you to love your new lampshade. While we take great care in crafting and shipping every order, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here's our straightforward policy to ensure fairness for both you and our small business.

Eligibility & Process

1. Quality or Shipping Issues:
If your item arrives damaged (cracks, manufacturing flaws) or we sent the wrong product, we'll make it right. Simply contact us at Support@aeelleealight.com within 2 days with photos of the issue, and we'll cover all return shipping costs for your replacement or full refund.

2. Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns:

Not completely happy with your purchase? We get it. You may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days for:

• Size or color not working in your space
• Simply changing your mind
• Finding a better option elsewhere

In these cases:
• You'll be responsible for return shipping
• A 30% restocking fee applies (helps cover our shipping, inspection and repackaging costs)
• Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Important Exceptions
To protect all customers, we can't accept returns for:
• Items showing any signs of use or damage
• Products not returned in original packaging
• Custom orders made to your specifications
• Clearance or final sale items

Refund & Exchange Details

• Successful Returns: Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us (e.g., unclaimed, wrong address), we’ll refund the order minus original shipping costs or reship it at your request (additional fees may apply).

Non-Returnable Situations

To protect all customers, we cannot accept returns for:

• Items not in original condition (e.g., stains, altered, or missing parts).

• Damage caused after delivery (e.g., improper installation, accidents).

• Final sale items (e.g., clearance, custom-made lampshades).

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We’ll respond within 24 hours with approval and instructions.
  3. Once received, your refund/replacement will be processed promptly.
